This update will be broken into two parts. First, earlier today we took some more pictures of the city by riding a cable car then a ski lift to the top of a nearby mountain. Kunming is next to a large man made lake, so the cable car takes you out of the city, over the lake, then up the side of the mountain. The second leg (on the ski lift) takes you higher, near a cluster of archways and temples. The scenery was breathtaking, so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Later today (tomorrow morning for us), we'll post a second update with a few short videos of Justin and Molly reflecting on what's about to happen. Tomorrow at this time, we will have Isla!
