Today started bright and early again, making our way back to Philadelphia for Isla's 11th VEPTR surgery (12th overall). So many mixed emotions on these trips. So deeply grateful for this medical team fighting for Isla, but so difficult at the same time, especially for our sweet girl.
Travel day went fairly smoothly! Thank you, so much, for praying!
This video shows details of the day. These travel days are long ones! We are so grateful to have Zeke with us again! He hasn't been to Philadelphia in over 3 years! Also, the pool was finally open again...yay! :) It's the little things!

Tomorrow is going to the "cheeseburger building day" as Isla calls it...
We will head over to Buerger building of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for pre-surgery x-rays and meeting with one of the team's nurses. We'll be doing a pre-op appointment with Isla's surgeon online as well.
Need to try to get some sleep...
Please keep praying for Isla!
THANK YOU!
Thankful for God's grace through the journey of adoption, medical needs, and daily life as a family of 4.
