We made our way 2,400 miles across country for Isla's next surgery...
Travel days are never easy, always a very long day (3am start), but it went fairly smoothly and we are thankful. Isla was a CHAMP! We have been getting things ready for this week. Isla is feeling nervous here but we are trying to keep her busy with puzzles, Winnie the Pooh puppets, and Chipotle😉 (her favs!).
She completely knows where we are. She misses her brother, too.

We'd appreciate your prayers for pre-op appointment day tomorrow. 
Isla will be meeting with multiple members of her medical team, having some tests done and imaging done. 
It will be an early start to a big day...
